Roberta Giannubilo Stumpf is a teacher of Universidade Autónoma de Lisboa and researcher of the centro de Investigação em Ciências Histórica/ UAL and entro de Humanidades/FCSH/Universidade Nova de Lisboa. She graduated in History from the Universidade de São Paulo, holds a PhD in History from the Universidade de Brasília (2009).
Since then, she has lived in Lisbon. Her research interests include the History of administrative dynamics of the Portuguese Empire in Brazil (17th and 18th centuries) and the History of the Iberian Empires. She has published several book chapters, articles in specialized magazines, 2 monographic books and 3 co-organized, like Monarquias Ibéricas em Perspectiva Comparada (sécs.XVI-XVIII).
